Sign in and your account
You need an account to make videos. Signing in and signing up are the same step: if you don't have an account yet, Reela creates one the first time you sign in.
Sign in
- Go to the Reela sign-in page.
- Choose how to sign in:
- Continue with Google — use your Google account.
- Continue with Apple — use your Apple ID.
- Email — enter your email and click Continue. Reela sends you a 6-digit code. Type it in and click Continue again.
- If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, or click send again.
By signing in, you agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your account menu
Click your name at the bottom of the left rail to open your account menu. From there you can:
- See your plan and your credit balance. See How credits work.
- Switch between your personal workspace and any team workspace you belong to.
- Open Settings.
- Open Help.
- Log out.
Change your profile
- Open your account menu and click Settings.
- In Account, you can:
- Change your Photo.
- Click Edit next to Name to change it.
- See your Email and which service you Signed in with.
Your email comes from the way you signed in, so you can't change it here.
Change the interface language
- Open Settings and go to Preferences.
- Pick a Language: English, 中文, 日本語, 한국어, Deutsch or Français.
This changes the menus, buttons and emails. It doesn't change your videos: you can make videos in many languages, whatever language Reela is in. See Language.
In Preferences you can also set the Theme (System, Light or Dark) and the Default mode for new videos. See Chat and Auto mode.
Use Reela on your phone
There's no app to install. Open Reela in your phone's browser and sign in the same way. You can make, watch and download videos there too. On a small screen, the video panel opens over the conversation; close it to get back to the chat.
Sign out
Open your account menu and click Log out.
Delete your account
- Open Settings and go to Account.
- Click Delete account… at the bottom and confirm.
