Manage your plan
Your plan is your subscription. It sets which features you have and how many credits you get each month. Buying credits is separate from your plan. To see what each plan includes, see Compare plans.
Find your plan
- Select your name at the bottom of the left rail.
- Select your plan, or Settings, then Plan & billing.
Plan & billing shows your current plan, its price, the credits it gives you each month and the date it renews.
A plan belongs to a workspace: your Personal workspace or a team. To see another workspace's plan, switch workspace at the top of the Workspace section in Settings. In a team, only owners and admins can change the plan.
Billing cycles
- Monthly plans renew every month.
- Yearly plans renew every year, and save 20%.
Both renew automatically until you cancel.
Change your plan
- On a paid plan, select Change plan in Plan & billing.
- On Free, select View plans to pick one.
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect right away. When you upgrade, you get the new plan's credits straight away.
Payment method
On a paid plan, Payment method shows the card you pay with. Select Update to change it.
Invoices
Your invoices are listed under Invoices in Plan & billing, with the date, plan and amount. Select the download button next to one to save it.
Cancel
Select Change plan in Plan & billing to cancel.
If you cancel:
- You keep your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your plan doesn't renew after that.
- You can still download videos you made on a paid plan.
Credits and your plan
- Plan credits reset each month and don't carry over.
- Credits you buy never expire. You keep them if you downgrade or go back to Free.
