# Track your videos (/docs/help/track-videos)

## Where to see progress

- **In the conversation** — while Reela works, its progress shows under its reply: what it's doing now, such as writing the script or generating a shot.
- **On the video card** — a ring shows how far along the video is, with the current step, for example "Rendering shots 5 of 8…". When the video is ready, the card turns into a player.
- **In the right panel** — every video from the conversation is listed there. Click one to jump to it.
- **In the left rail** — under **Recent**, each conversation has a status mark, so you can see at a glance which ones are still working.

Videos for a series show up in that project. Open it from **Projects** in the left rail.

## What the status marks mean

Hover over a conversation in **Recent** to see its status.

- **Producing** — a rose dot that pulses. Reela is making the video.
- **Reela is replying** — a grey dot that pulses. Reela is writing a reply or a plan.
- **Waiting for your reply** — an amber ring, and the name turns bold. Reela needs an answer from you before it can go on, for example to confirm a plan in Chat mode.
- **Finished** — a hollow grey ring. Nothing is running.
- **Failed** — a red **!**. Something went wrong. Open the conversation to see what happened.

## How many run at once

Your plan sets how many videos can be made at the same time: 1 on Free and Starter, 2 on Creator, 3 on Studio. See [Compare plans](/docs/help/compare-plans).

If you start more than that, the extra videos wait in line, shown as **In queue**, and start when one finishes.

## If a video fails

The video card shows what went wrong instead of a player. For example, a shot may have been blocked by the safety filter.

- You're not charged for a failed video. The credits held for it go back to your balance.
- To try again, change what was blocked and send the request again. Click **Reuse prompt and media** (↻) next to the card's prompt to put the same prompt and files back in the message box.

If a video keeps failing, contact [support](/docs/help/contact) with the conversation name.

## Get notified

Reela tells you in the app when a video is ready, and the notice has a **Download** button.

You can also get an email. Open **Settings** › **Notifications** and turn on:

- **Video updates** — when a video finishes or fails.
- **Replies from Reela** — when Reela needs your answer to keep going.

Billing, team invitations and security emails are always sent.

## Find finished videos

Every finished video is saved in **Library**. See [Make your first video](/docs/help/first-video) for how to review and download it.
