# Teams and roles (/docs/help/teams)

## What a workspace holds

Each workspace has its own:

- **Plan** and **credits**. Everyone in a team uses the team's credits.
- **Library**, **Projects** and **Recent**. You only see what belongs to the workspace you're in.
- **Usage**, which in a team also shows how many credits each member used. See [Credit usage](/docs/help/credit-usage).

## Switch workspace

1. Click your name at the bottom of the left rail.
2. Under **Workspace**, pick **Personal** or a team.

You can also switch in **Settings**: click the workspace name at the top of the **Workspace** section.

## Get a team

Team workspaces come with the Enterprise plan. To set one up, email contact@reela.ai and we'll open it for you. See [Compare plans](/docs/help/compare-plans).

## Roles

A team has three roles.

- **Owner** — the person who owns the team. Can do everything an admin can, and can delete the team. The owner's role can't be changed.
- **Admin** — manages the team: changes the plan and payment method, downloads invoices, buys credits, exports usage, renames the team, invites members, changes roles and removes members.
- **Member** — makes videos with the team's credits and sees the team's plan, credits and usage. Can't change the plan or buy credits.

**Members** in Settings shows your own role next to the heading.

## Invite a member

You need to be an owner or admin.

1. Open **Settings** and switch to the team.
2. Click **Members**, then **Invite member**.
3. Enter their email and pick a role: **Member** or **Admin**.
4. Click **Send invite**.

The invite shows as **Pending** until they join. 

## Change a role or remove someone

In **Members**, owners and admins can:

- Change someone's role between **Member** and **Admin**.
- Click **×** next to a person to remove them from the team.

## Leave or delete a team

At the bottom of **Members**:

- **Leave team** — you lose access to the team's projects and credits.
- **Delete team** — owner only. Deletes the team, its projects and its remaining credits.

## Use a team with your agent

When you sign in to the Reela CLI, you choose whether to authorize it as your personal account or a team account. Videos your agent makes then use that workspace's credits. See [Connect your agent](/docs/agents/connect).
