# Download and share (/docs/help/download-share)

## Download a video

Click **Download** in any of these places:

- Under the video in the panel on the right.
- Next to the video's name in **Library**.
- The top of the video dialog.

To download several at once, select them in **Library** and click **Download** in the bar at the bottom. See [Library](/docs/help/library).

On the Free plan, downloaded videos carry a watermark. Paid plans have no watermark and include a commercial licence. See [Compare plans](/docs/help/compare-plans).

## Download a branded version

A branded version is a separate copy of your video with your brand kit on it.

1. Click **View History** under the video in the panel on the right, or in the video dialog.
2. Pick the version under **Branded Versions**. Versions still in progress show **Waiting** or **Processing**.
3. Click **Download**.

## Download from the editor

In the editor, click **Export** at the top right:

- **Video** — the finished video file.
- **All Assets** — a .zip file of the video's files.
- **Project (FCPXML)** — a project file you can open in other video editors.

The editor also has **Download SRT** for the subtitles (in **Subtitle style**) and **Download** for the storyboard as a PDF (in **Storyboard**). See [Edit a video](/docs/help/edit-video).

## Share a video

1. Open the video dialog and click **Share**.
2. Your video is private until you publish it. Click **Publish** to make it public.
3. Share it:
4. Click a site to post it: **X**, **Facebook**, **Reddit** or **Threads**.
5. Click the mail icon to email the link to friends.
6. Click the share arrow to use your device's own share menu.
7. Or copy the link and paste it anywhere.

Anyone with the link can watch a public video. To make it private again, click **Unpublish**. 

In **Library**, **Share link** copies a video's link in one click.
