Set up a brand kit
A brand kit keeps your brand's look in one place: your logo, watermark, intro and outro, music, fonts, colors and subtitle style. Pick it when you make a video and every video comes out on-brand.
Brand kits are included in the Creator plan and above. See Compare plans.
What a brand kit holds
- Logo — your logo, and where it sits on the video.
- Watermark — text (like your handle) or an image, with its position and opacity.
- Intro — a short clip that plays before the first shot. It adds its length to the video.
- Outro — a short clip that plays after the last shot, such as an end card. It also adds its length.
- Music — brand music that plays under every video that uses the kit.
- Fonts & colors — the font for titles, end cards and subtitles, and your main, accent and text colors.
- Subtitles — the subtitle style, size and position.
- Avatars — which of your avatars appear in this kit's videos.
You don't need all of them. A kit with just a logo works.
Find your brand kits
Open Brand kit in the left rail. All brand kits shows each kit as a card, with what's in it listed under its name. Click a kit to open it.
Your first brand kit is your default. Reela picks it for you when you start a new video.
Make a brand kit
- In Brand kit, click New brand kit, the first card.
- Add your logo.
- Under Add, click what you want to add next: Watermark, Intro, Outro, Music, Fonts & colors, Subtitles or Avatars.
- Set it up and click Save to kit.
Change a brand kit
Open the kit. Everything in it shows under In this kit, the way it will look on your video.
- Watermark — click Edit watermark. Choose Text or Image, type your text or upload an image (a PNG with transparency works best), then pick a Position and Opacity.
- Fonts & colors — click Change. Pick a font, or click Upload a font to use your own (OTF, TTF or WOFF). Pick a color set, or set Main, Accent and Text yourself.
- Subtitles — click Change. Pick a Style (Clean, Bold, Boxed or Highlight), a Size and a Position (Bottom or Middle).
- Music — click Change. Pick a track from your Library or click Upload a track.
- Avatars — click Avatars under Add and choose from My avatars or Public. To take one out, click Remove from this kit. The avatar stays in Avatars. To make a new avatar, see Create your own avatar.
If you've changed something the kit came with, Reset to the kit's original puts it back.
