The docs center now matches the current CLI and is easier for agents to read.

- CLI reference matches CLI 1.25.8. Every command page is generated from the help of Reela CLI 1.25.8, so the options and examples match what your installed CLI prints with
reela <command> -h. See Reela CLI. - Docs as Markdown for agents. Every page is available as Markdown, and
https://docs.reela.com/llms-full.txtputs the whole docs center in one file your agent can read at once. See Docs for agents. - Video quality levels documented. Lite, Standard, Pro and Max are explained in Help and in the developer concepts, including how they affect credits and how to pick one with
--tier. The second level is now named Standard. See Video quality (tiers).
